I'm going to guess you only read the digest, and you're behind on your
reading....

Search for "Oracle and DST changes" in the past two to three days.....

Subject: [SPAM] US energy policy and it's impact to Oracle
Importance: Low

Has anyone researched or found a good paper on the impact to the changes
going to daylight savings time early and if it will have any impact on
our Oracle databases?

If the servers know what to do, does the database care?
