Hello,
I have not used SDO_LRS but the package seems to be there in XE. So are
many of the spatial capabilities available in XE. Without spatial
licence they are called locator features.
SQL> select count(*) from dba_procedures where object_name = 'SDO_LRS';
COUNT(*)
----------
204
SQL> select* from v$version;
BANNER
----------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle Database 10g Express Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Product
