SAN storage data movement and ROWID

Hi,
We are using Hitachi SAN 9960 which has seems to have something like Dynamic
optimizer. It migrates (moves )data automatically to avoid hot spots. Can
this be enabled with Oracle running ? What happens with ROWID's if row is
moved around ? Can this work at all ?
