Maybe, just maybe, 10.2.0.4 will be OK, the docs now only mention that
compatible has to be set to 10.2 or above.
It seems also that these commands need to be run on the database, not a backup
set, so sorry about that. However if you can restore to a temporary database,
you might be able to convert it.
