It's rather simply... if you have root in the new machine ;-)

cd /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin64 (assuming 64 bit)
./tdpoconf -password -TDPO_OPTFILE=<path to the opt you are using>

you will need to know the node's password, but you can probably get that if
you have root access ;-)

Oh, and a few tricky things about TSM and duplicate, you need to specify the
same client name in both the source and target so TSM will know that it's
allowed to send the data to the target node.

I don't have any active TSM at the moment or I'd send you my opt... :-(
