My first reaction would be to ask for a detailed explanation of why the
developers really need to have their environment refreshed on a daily
basis. Sure, there are some cases where you have problems that occur in
prod and you aren't able to reproduce in test so you have to refresh
test to help troubleshoot them, but that doesn't justify doing daily
refreshes. On the contrary, it's nice to have test lag behind a bit
because then when a problem pops up in production and doesn't exist in
test, you can contrast the two to see what is new/different in that is
causing the problem.
