Rather than looking for articles on how to use the v$ views you SHOULD take
the time and read Cary Millsap's (!) (and let's not forget Jeff Holt) book
cover to cover. It will be time much better spent.

The docs arent very clear. I've got Carrie Milsap's tuning book, but havent had time to read it cover to cover.
