Hi there,
I'd say that you need to log an SR with the Oracle support on the
ORA-07445 error. This error is signaled usually by the OS because of some lack
of resources of some kind. The lack itself can be because of oracle itself or
other reasons.
Also, it would be usefull to look at the trace file under the process state
and see what was the session waiting for. If you things like MML initializaion,
MML write (these are tape events), then you should log an SR with MML provider
also, or check disks if disks are used.
