From the 10g R2 documentation for the "untilClause":
Specifies a redo log sequence number and thread as an upper limit.
RMAN selects only files that can be used to restore or recover up to
but not including the specified sequence number.
So, you have to specify until sequence 1446 in order to recover up
through sequence 1445.
