RE Metalink/Oracle site down??

I am wondering if it is some new firewall policy or is Oracle's website
really having problems:
Network Error (tcp_error)=20
=20
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" =20
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems
preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at
a later time. =20
