I forgot they zip it up:
$ ls -lt *.zip
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 1070415 Nov 17 10:56 RDA.TEST_antlion.zip
$ unzip -l RDA.TEST_test.zip | grep start
910 11-17-2014 10:56 TEST__start.htm
