RAC background process question

I don't have RAC experience, but I am reading some RAC books/docs. I have
questions about processes like DBWR in RAC. Lets say I have 10 DBWR and I
have 4 RAC nodes.
If I go to node 1, will I see 2-3 DBWR running on node 1? Do the DBWR run on
different nodes as needed?
I know that some processes (like LGWR) run on each node. But what about the
ones that are not node specific?
