Due to security, there was no way we were allowed a network connection between
current production and Azure. Didn't make sense to me at the time, or now!
Production was on it's own network and isolated from all other environments,
dev, test, QA. When something had to be updated on production, the security
team took the scripts etc from those applied to pre-production, and applied
those to production.
I believe they no longer work that way. (And I'm not going back, ever!)
