Q:RAC undocmentment parameters

Hi all ,
one of my team member is arguing the following parameters may be help
to improve performance to use in RAC
1. _Interconnect_Checksum= FALSE
2. _Cr_Server_Log_Flush= FALSE
3. _immediate_Commit_Propagation= FALSE
4. Commit_Write= "BATCH, NOWAIT"
5. _Optim_Peek_User_Binds= FALSE
I wander if anyone has experience with those parameters. (I'm aware the
setting hidden parameters is not good practice :-)
We've RAC 10.2.0.2 on hp-itanuim
