Check for the symbolic link under OH/lib:

$ ls -l libobk.so
lrwxrwxrwx   1 oracle   dba           36 Dec 21 16:27 libobk.so ->
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk.so.1

Verify the environment:

 export NB_ORA_SERV=<backup_server>
 export NB_ORA_CLASS=<nb_class>

Then you can run from the rman's prompt:

connect target
run {
set command id to 'bck_full_<db_name>;
allocate channel t1 type 'SBT_TAPE';
sql 'alter system checkpoint global';

backup
   full
   filesperset 4
   tag bck_full_<db_name>
   format 'dbase_%d_%s_%t'
     (database);

release channel t1;
}
