Hi Patrice, could you modify the load programs to load the same dataset on the database in the DMZ (with suitable changes?) Also what about FGAC or FGA and use the policy functions to drive the data across. These are in effect triggers as it is a call back function but much for efficient than normal DML triggers. You also have the oppertunity to control the data sent through the policy functions. You could write the updates to a local table in the intranet or write out insert statements and then do bulk updates when necessary to lessen the load on the FGAC policy functions. hth kind regards Pete -- Pete Finnigan email:pete@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Web site: http://www.petefinnigan.com - Oracle security audit specialists Book:Oracle security step-by-step Guide - see http://store.sans.org for details. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Please see the official ORACLE-L FAQ: http://www.orafaq.com ---------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe send email to: oracle-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx put 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. -- Archives are at //www.freelists.org/archives/oracle-l/ FAQ is at //www.freelists.org/help/fom-serve/cache/1.html -----------------------------------------------------------------
