Pros and cons Oracle Restart against Oracle Clusterware in one node

Hello,

I try to find pros and cons for using Oracle Restart against Oracle
Clusterware on one node.

Cons Oracle Restart
  - unable to control resource with another owner
  - very difficult for using applicative resource
  - not possible to create VIP
  - documentation very poor
  - unable to loas ACFS driver

Pros
  - simple.

Pros Oracle Clusterware :
   - easy to add a node

Cons Oracle Clusterware :
   - memory needed
