ryan,

i had the same complaint about not finding the tnsnames file.
 i didn't have my TNS_ADMIN env variable set on my windows
laptop.  once i set it, it found the tnsnames file and i was
able to select which alias to use.  i would've expected it to
be a bit more intuitive within the application, rather having
to set an env variable.
