We have Oracle 10g RAC database on Solaris 10. We have situation wherein
processes parameter need to be increased from 180 to 2500 on each node.
My question would be what is the kernel parameter is associated with Oracle
processes parameter ? Do we need to change any kernel parameter with this
change to prevent any issues ? If yes what's the maximum limit ?

My current /etc/system shows as below.

set semsys:seminfo_semmni=100
set semsys:seminfo_semmns=1024
set semsys:seminfo_semmsl=256
set semsys:seminfo_semvmx=32767
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax=4294967295
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmin=1
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni=100
set shmsys:shminfo_shmseg=10

Physical Memory of Solaris box is 64GB.
