Problems removing library jobs in OEM 9I

Hello everyone,

I'm coming into a strange problem where when I attempt to remove a library job, 
the system just hangs.  The OMS continues to operate, but the GUI doesn't do 
anything.  Any ideas, suggestions?

OMS - 9.2.0.6
RDBMS - 9.2.0.6
OS - Windows 2000
