well, you could easily translate those terms into something your customer
does understand -- converting them into time, money, or both -- but again,
you should first define the system requirements....

Thanks Lex, the point is I don't finda paper to give a customer and say
"Do you see Sql server don't have hot backup"
locking reads, fixed block, etc. are too technical and customer don't
understand that terms.
