Hey Guys,

We built an application using PL/SQL & RLS with 10g on W2K. We just
patched test database to 10.2.0.3 from 10.2.0.2 and the developers are
reporting periodic errors for a single user. The session created the
below trace file. There is nothing in the alert.log, there is nothing in
our internal PL/SQL log table and the user is returned the error
"protocol violation". Has anyone every seen this before? Metalink and
other sources have given me no information.
