Well, that one is probably true, just not immediately.  The only thing that
has sustained Forms and Reports is its use in Oracle E-Biz Suite, and that
usage seems to be steadily disappearing.  After all, you don't see Forms or
Reports in Collab Suite at all...

...so, not dead yet, but coughing up blood...
