How many of you on 11g are actually leveraging SQL Plan Management?

Where I work they have turned on SQL PLan Management to mostly good
effect. This was done as part of the migration from 10 to 11g. So
plans were collected in 10 and then migrated up. I'm not privy to all
of the details, but can tell you that we ran into a couple of bugs
during the production migration. The fellow who lead the effort is
preparing a presentation on his process for our local user group ---
