You might want to take a look at the "Affordable Alternatives to Database 
Replay" thread I started last month.  To summarize - here are some alternatives 
to RAT that you might want to look into:

Simora (looked a bit complicated to setup from my quick glance, but I didn't 
spend much time on it yet):

Hammerora (this one looked the closest alternative to RAT to me, but I haven't 
had time to test it yet either):

Swingbench (looks like a great product for generic load testing, but doesn't 
currently provide ability to generate load based on trace files):
