Go in on Metalink and check your license report for that CSI and see if
supports shows up. If you paid for it and it does not show up, this
sounds like a fix for your salesperson or Oracle Customer Support line.

Subject: Oracle support problems

Has anyone else had a recent problem with their support contract
changing unexpectedly?

I'm trying to download cpu patches for 9i databases. We *did* have
extended support,
and I was able to download the April cpu patch back in April. I'm
currently unable
to download any 9i patches and get a message saying we have only a
standard support
contract. In April we had extended support and I'm pretty sure no on
forgot to pay
the bills....
