Has anyone else had a recent problem with their support contract changing unexpectedly? I'm trying to download cpu patches for 9i databases. We *did* have extended support, and I was able to download the April cpu patch back in April. I'm currently unable to download any 9i patches and get a message saying we have only a standard support contract.
