Mind you, there is only one used copy available in the UK at the moment, price?
A "reasonable" £149.23. No idea what that is in USD!
Ok, I just looked at Amazon.com and the three there are $139.05, $139.10 and a
whopping great $240.42! Ouch.
Pete, if you are "listening" can I suggest you get this book reprinted. At
these prices you can retire pretty soon!!
