Marcin,
First of all the most recent patch released by Oracle for Oracle
Database 11g Release 2, is 11.2.0.3 version.
Secondly, starting 11.2.0.2 version of Oracle Database Release 11g R2 it is a
full version install meaning you do not have to first install base release
11.2.0.1 and then apply patch 11.2.0.2. So basically 11.2.0.2 is not just a
patchset to be applied on top of 11.2.0.1.

Starting With 11.2.0.2, gives all details and explanation.

What about the version 11.2.0.1 ?
Does anybody know if this is the correct patch to 11.2.0.1 version ?
Can I safely apply this patch to 11.2.0.1 version?
