POWER SMT is a different beast from SPARC CMT (even Intel Nehalem has
SMT).  CMT threads have a very low clock speed.  POWER has a very high
clock speed (likely fastest on the market).

I'm doubtful you will be disappointed in POWER7.  If you are - send
them my way  :)
