Oracle issues after HDD swap into new PC?

Hey all,
Under 64-bit Win7, we have a temporary 11.2.0.3 Oracle DB that we're using
for a one-shot data move. We may need to replace the PC with something
beefier and I was hoping that a "simple" HDD swap into the new box would do,
fully expecting Win driver installs and such.
Has anyone done this before? Potentially the swap would be Core i3 to Core
i7, so in my mind, we should be Good To Go, but the question's being asked.
