Again, disclaimer...certainly some level of deception either knowingly
or unknowingly is going on here.

However, I don't see how you draw the conclusion that because someone
makes money they now have an obligation to do something they did not
have prior to making money...ie...free bloggers can post links without
asking, bloggers who charge must ask permission??? =20

They are not making money on the "sole" effort of others.  There is
effort that goes into putting this information together as I stated in
previous post.  Can you imagine the strain this would plain on the flow
of information?

I'm not very sure about the legal stuff, but I agree about the moral and
