Oracle documentation bugs

Hello everyone,
I am going through the oracle document "clusterware & RAC admin and
deploy guide" and i am find some bugs which is irritating and
confusing. Is there any easy way of reporting these to Oracle other
than creating a Service Request?
Is tahiti.oracle.com the best place to get upto date documentation on
oracle db? I go there because it is quick
