Not sure if these are the same files you're talking about or if you have the option of disabling all logging to them, but you might want to take a look at MOS note 268117.1. It has instructions for completely disabling all logging to the default-web-access.log files. I think another possibility might be writing the log file to a named pipe, and maybe then grepping out the messages you don't want before writing to the log file.
