Not sure if these are the same files you're talking about or if you have the 
option of disabling all logging to them, but you might want to take a look at 
MOS note 268117.1.  It has instructions for completely disabling all logging to 
the default-web-access.log files.

I think another possibility might be writing the log file to a named pipe, and 
maybe then grepping out the messages you don't want before writing to the log 
file.  I don't know the specifics on if this is possible or how to do it off 
the top of my head, but I'm thinking you might be able to do something similar 
to how they suggest using rotatelogs in MOS 550566.1
