Oracle Tools over SSL

To All,
I know there where a number of messages over the list, recently, =
concerning making Oracle run over SSL. At the time it wasn't a concern =
of mine as we were using IpSec. But that is changing. We're in the =
middle of switching remote access to iPass which uses a security manager =
from Neoteris (hope I spelled that right). So far the results have been =
dismal. Anyone have experience with this and know how to fix it? It's =
clashing with orantcp9.dll.
