Oracle what? Database? Enterprise Options? Applications?
Those addons (diag and tuning, partitioning, whatever) all must be
supported.
This looks like a metric for CIO's to bandy about to 'prove' they are doing
their jobs.
But maybe it's just me, I'm cynical like that.
