Chris,

I have downloaded few of your presentations from your site and they
are really excellent. Unfortunately, I was also in the same impression
as you were while buying the same book. Once I started reading it I
realized I have wasted my few bucks as well precious time as well.
They said CBO internals, there is nothing interal mentioned and to
tell the fact there are good presentation which far better than this
book. I was really shocked by reading this book. The book looks patch
set like containg several white papers of Don and other authors which
no one give good reviews.
God only knows anyone else reading and buying the book from their press.
Sorry if I am too rash.
