I finally decided to proceed the install and it look like even it is giving
some alert windows that it is doing partition on /dev/sda as wellas lv but look
like it has done all on the same filesystem which I provided for Virtual disk.
I rebooted both VM as well main server and both came fine.

What you see as /dev/sda in your new VM is the new _virtual_ disk (a
file, most likely named <vm_name>.vdi in the default path for virtual
storage:
the path you see/set when you go to Oracle VM VirtualBox
Manager->File->Preferences->General->Default Machine Folder).
It's not the /dev/sdX you see from your host!
If you want to use different partitions on your host machine for virtual
disks on your guest machine,
just set the desired path when creating new virtual disks.

He describes everything (including the setup of the VMs).
