Oracle License Review Script/Software

Hello all,
Is there a software tool or utility available from Oracle Corp or other thi=
rd party vendor to monitor use of the databases and make sure
license requirements are met? Is there a script available to monitor about =
200 databases for concurrent database usage (number of distinct
user sessions at one point) to the database...
