Oracle Installation in Hebrew

Hi folks,
I am running oracle 9i on windows 2000 professional. client wanted to store
data in hebrew and so i installed the db in english and hebrew both (using
product language option of OUI) but after installation , when the user is
the storing hebrew data in the table and trying to access the data its
showing junk characters. any idea?????
