Oracle EM12c discover the SCAN Listeners problem

Dear experts,
We have 2 node RAC DB which we added to our EM12c. When I relocating the
SCAN Listeners the EM12c didn't monitor the listeners anymore, manager
shows wrong locations for SCAN listeners. So I need to delete them and
after add again.
Is this a bug and need to be fixed or I just missing something.
