Oracle Database Administrator -
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Location: south of Boston, MA
General Comments
This company is a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment. They
have an immediate need for an Oracle Database Administrator for their
facility located south of the Boston area. The successful candidate
will be supporting an Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite and will be
responsible for developing reports, forms and views per business
client requirements. Must be able to coordinate activities across
different locations. Will need to have experience with backup and
recovery procedures for Oracle 10g databases and Microsoft SQL
SERVER. Should also have experience developing reports using Oracle
Forms and Discoverer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Two plus years experience in installation, maintenance and tuning of
Oracle( Supporting 11i) and SQL SERVER databases.
Coding, updating and tuning of SQL scripts and programs.
Report writing and backup and recovery of relational databases.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent related work experience.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Enova MatrixOne PLM Software.
Experience in a global, multi-location manufacturing company.
Candidates must be local. No relocation assistance will be provided.
