I do hope you did a little google searching before you asked this question... 
There is lots of information on Google about scheduling tasks in Windows and 
RMAN should be an obvious answer with respect to the backup tool to use. If you 
need some RMAN help, check out my RMAN book ... You should just need to write a 
simple RMAN script, and schedule it and you are backing up!

I wonder what % of questions that show up here or other forums could be solved 
with a simple google search.

Can somebody share the BAckup script for ORacle On Window. How we can schedule 
it using AT or other daemon as I worked with UNix env and this Oracle is also 
9i and so cannot use Dbms_scheduler to call External back Job.
