We are running Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.5. We
are looking at upgrading EBS to 12.2.x. It is our understanding that we now
need to license Weblogic. Is this true? If we must license Weblogic, is it a
one for one trade-in of our Application Server licensing?
