Oracle 12c and Exadata

Hi all
I want to check the opinion on using Oracle Keep buffer pool or other 
alternatives in 12c(12.1.02) on Exadata. We are in process of upgrading from 
11g to 12c and moving the environment to Exadata. Earlier App was using 12c 
Keep pool with SGA of around 500G. What are the best way to keep some critial 
and heavy used table in cache like using Flash cache or In memory or Automatic 
big table caching or Buffer pool itself. I am new to Exadata and so looking for 
better suggestion.
