We still have two Windows 2008R2 servers....we have a plan to be off by Jan
2020, cause after that, no more security updates.... :-(
PS And yes, plan is to replace with Linux... :-) (Probably Oracle Linux,
or possibly Ubuntu)

I was unable to download proactive BP 191015 for 126.96.36.199 because I
don't have an extended support. With that, Oracle 12cR1 era is
officially over. I recommend everyone to immediately upgrade to 19c,
last version in the 12c series of products.
