Opatch auto and patch shared-home

Hi ,

During "Opatch auto" what happens to the sessions that are connected on
node1 of RAC . Optach auto started from node1 and RAC is having 2 node
setup.

Also if we have a shared home for say 2 databases on a non-rac setup and we
want to patch only one database how to go about it.
