Yes, I was having problems earlier today, but then got through after a few
retries about an hour later (don't remember the exact times). I just tried
both links below and was able to access the first one, but on the 2nd one I got
the same message I was getting earlier:
"An error occurred while processing the request. Try refreshing your browser.
If the problem persists contact the site administrator"
