In Reader 7, it is weblink.api

I found that if you have the "Adobe Acrobat SpeedLauncher" in your startup
folder, Reader startup is basically immediate anyway.

Broke my ability to use the browser to download things like Jonathan
Lewis' PDF files. Anyone know which api that is? (Acrobat 6.0)

Does do some entertaining brain-dead things to IE as it fails, though.
