OT - OPN account problem

Hi,

I wonder if anyone knows how to correct the associated employer on one's OPN 
account. I just discovered that somehow my account has become associated with 
an employer where I left some years even before I had that account. The website 
does not give any clues whatsoever - it only congratulates me with the 
successful association!
